Xizhen has a dual education background in the Mainland and Hong Kong and is qualified to practise law in both jurisdictions. He has a broad civil and commercial practice with a particular affinity for cross-border litigations and international arbitrations involving disputes arising out of secured financing and equity investment transactions with PRC elements. His practice also includes company winding-up, shareholder disputes and other commercial matters.
